## Ordering & shipping

### Which states can you ship to?

Wine shipping rules vary by state. The states we can ship to are shown at checkout. If yours is not listed, we are sorry, we cannot ship there right now.

### Does someone need to be home for delivery?

An adult 21 or older must sign for wine deliveries. Choose an address where someone will be available, such as a workplace.

### How is shipping calculated?

Shipping and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your address and order.

### Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes. Choose tasting room pick-up at checkout and we will hold your order for you.

### How do I manage my membership?

Sign in to your account to update your address, payment details and upcoming shipments.

### Can I give a membership as a gift?

Get in touch with the tasting room and we will help you set one up.

## Visiting

### Where are you?

Our tasting room is in downtown Walla Walla, a short walk from Main Street. See the Visit page for hours and a map.

### Do I need a reservation?

Walk-ins are welcome when there is room. Parties of six or more, please book ahead.
